In order to enhance team cohesion and promote the corporate spirit of facing challenges and striving for success, SRON organized employees headquartered in Zhengzhou to visit the Laojun Mountain Scenic Area in Luoyang city to carry out Mid-year Theme Team Building activities from September 19 to 20, 2025.

On the first day of the event, SRON organized the 2025 "Surging Together, Forging a New Journey" The Laojun Mountain Sea of Clouds Orienteering Competition. This challenging event required teams to collaboratively complete a series of orienteering tasks along the way. SRON employees encouraged each other and collaborated tacitly, successfully completing their respective challenges. Along the way, participants not only experienced the stunning beauty of The Laojun Mountain's landscapes and culture, with its "one step, one scene" and visited cultural sites such as the JINDING Taoist Temple, but also demonstrated the spirit of striving, embodying the principle of "the higher the mountain, the higher the peak." That evening, SRON Chairman Wen Peng presented awards to outstanding teams in the orienteering competition, recognizing their tenacity and exceptional teamwork. The company also hosted a heartwarming birthday celebration for employees to further strengthen team cohesion.

The next day, everyone visited the Dream Chasing Valley, strolled along the quiet trails, immersed in the waterfalls and natural vegetation. While feeling the tranquility and vitality of nature, they deeply realized the importance of a strong body and a positive attitude to work and life.
This team-building activity not only allowed everyone to relax and strengthen their bodies, but also effectively enhanced the SRON team's confidence and cohesion in overcoming challenges. Everyone expressed their commitment to working in the second half of the year with greater strength and enthusiasm, facing challenges head-on, daring to break through, and striving to achieve SRON's leapfrog development in 2025.
