To further strengthen team cohesion and inspire employees to embrace a spirit of perseverance, collaboration, and shared progress, SRON organized an autumn-themed team-building event at Yaoshan Scenic spot from September 4 to 5, bringing together employees from the company’s headquarters under the theme “Riding the Waves of Yaoshan, Moving Forward with Courage and Unity to Create a Brighter Future Together.” Through challenges in nature, employees strengthened communication and deepened mutual understanding, while teamwork brought the group closer together and united their collective strength. The event showcased the spirit of SRON employees—standing united, striving together, and moving forward with courage and determination—as they embraced the future with renewed energy and enthusiasm.

On the first day of the event, the team headed to the Yaoshan Grand Canyon Rafting Scenic Area for an exciting and challenging water-based team-building experience. Faced with rapids and stretches of turbulent water winding through the canyon, employees worked together in groups and coordinated closely, pushing their limits and building trust as they rode the waves together. The surging waves brought not only excitement and energy, but also a deeper appreciation of the power of teamwork. Only by sharing a common goal and supporting one another can we rise to challenges together and move toward a greater future.

The following day, all employees took on the challenge of reaching Yuhuang Jiding, the highest peak of Yaoshan. Along the way, the rugged mountain trails and steep slopes tested everyone’s physical strength and determination. Yet the team remained highly motivated, encouraging and supporting one another as they climbed steadily toward their goal, one step at a time. In the end, everyone successfully reached the summit. Through this challenge, the team strengthened its collective will and resilience, while embodying the spirit of SRON employees—daring to break through difficulties and moving forward with unwavering determination toward their goals.

This autumn-themed team-building event not only enriched employees’ cultural and leisure activities, but also further strengthened communication and trust among team members and enhanced organizational cohesion.
