On August 27th, the 2025 Green and Intelligent Development Seminar for the Building Materials Machinery Industry was grandly held in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. At the seminar, SRON was selected by the China Building Materials Machinery Industry Association as a "Green and Low-Carbon Practice Case Study in the Building Materials Machinery Industry for 2024-2025" for its innovative "Low-Carbon and Environmentally Friendly Auxiliary Materials Storage and Compatibility System" project in the bulk material storage and transportation sector. As an EPC general contractor in the field of bulk material storage and transportation, SRON has always integrated the concept of green development into the entire life cycle of the project. The award-winning auxiliary material storage system project covers 8 high-level auxiliary material silos and 2 low-level auxiliary material silos. With its intelligent design and innovative technology, it has achieved a dual improvement in environmental protection and efficiency. The system adopts a fully enclosed silo structure to fundamentally suppress the unorganized emission of dust and significantly improve the air quality. SRON Technology Center configures an efficient dust collection system for the project to achieve centralized dust control under a slightly negative pressure operating environment. The emission concentration is stably below 5mg/m³, fully meeting the ultra-low emission requirements. At the same time, through the integration of automated feeding and discharging and intelligent material level monitoring, not only dust-free and precise material management is achieved, but also operating efficiency is greatly improved and operating energy consumption is reduced, fully demonstrating SRON's comprehensive advantages in green and intelligent storage and transportation systems.
