Project Introduction

The project is 12*500 tons coffee silos in Vietnam, the owner is Ngon Coffee Co., Ltd. which established in 2009, is a company specializing in the production and export of instant coffee, roasted coffee, dole robusta and arabica coffee beans. The whole project includes the design, manufacturing and construction of 12 silos of 500 tons each, and their supporting systems such as conveying, cleaning, receiving and sending, packaging, electric control, etc. Our company has taken the storage characteristics of coffee into full consideration in the pre-design stage, and strictly monitored and managed the temperature and humidity in the silos, so as to achieve the real-time monitoring of the quality of coffee.

At the same time, combined with the high economic value of coffee beans, not only will the storage standards upgraded to the closed silo design standards, and in the presence of the owner of its waterproofing test, used to test the equipment and silo in the use of the process of withstanding the impact of spraying or landing on the top of the liquid water. In addition, full consideration is given to the customer's needs for bagged incoming materials, long-distance conveying and full automation, solving the problems of stagnation, difficult maintenance and high labor costs that may occur in centralized incoming materials, dust collection and long-distance conveying.

Waterproof Test

Due to the high economic value of the coffee beans, we have raised the storage standard to that of an airtight silo design and we have conducted all-round and dead-zone-free waterproof test on the silos under the witness of the customers to fully display the waterproof ability of silos.Taking into account the natural conditions and weather conditions of the project area, the test is used for testing the ability of the equipment and silos to withstand the impact of liquid water sprayed or landed on it during use.This test proves that these silos can effectively avoid mildew and going bad of the materials in the silos due to water seepage because of long-term exposure to rain weather, and avoid the loss of the customers.Our company’s seriousness, prudence and meticulousness won a high praise from the customers.
