Project Introduction

The project is a 16*200 cubic metre flour silos project in Mongolia. The owner, Talkh Chikher, established in 1984, is one of the top 100 enterprises in Mongolia and the largest bread manufacturer in Mongolia, undertaking more than 80% bread production work in the country.

The project includes the design, manufacture and installation of 16 silos of 200 cubic meters and their discharge, weighing system. In the pre-design stage, our company fully considered the storage characteristics of flour, and carried out reasonable design and selection of silo type.

At the same time, combined with the customer's short construction period and other factors, the main structure of the bolted silo with welded seams, which not only meets the requirements of the air tightness of the silo, but also effectively prevents the flour from hanging on the wall. The construction of the main project had been successfully completed.
